About Us
The Rajasthan BSTC Pre D.El.Ed Exam 2025 is a state-level entrance test conducted by Vardhman Mahavir Open University (VMOU), Kota. It serves as the gateway for admission into the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) program, which is mandatory for individuals aspiring to become primary school teachers in Rajasthan. The exam took place on June 1, 2025, in two shifts and witnessed the participation of over 5.49 lakh candidates. These aspirants are vying for approximately 37,970 seats across 377 teacher training institutes in the state.
The test includes 200 multiple-choice questions divided into four major sections: Mental Ability, Rajasthan General Knowledge, Teaching Aptitude, and language proficiency in either Hindi, English, or Sanskrit. Candidates receive 3 marks for every correct answer, and there is no penalty for wrong answers. The exam is conducted over a duration of 3 hours and is available in both Hindi and English languages.
Eligibility for the exam requires candidates to have passed Class 12 with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories), and to be between 18 and 28 years old as of June 1, 2025. Following the results, which were declared on June 14, qualified candidates must attend counseling sessions based on merit and seat availability.
